2010 Annual Open Board Meeting Recap

The Glacier Lakes chapter’s Annual Open Board Meeting was held at Carousel Audi on Tuesday, November 16 at 6:30pm.  All active members were invited to attend for our annual club review and the opportunity to ask questions and present ideas.   

GLQC has one seat on the Board of Directors up for election.  Nominations were taken at the meeting.  Watch for nominee bios and an election ballot to be mailed out in late-December / early-January.     

The GLQC chapter Bylaws were updated and were approved by the ACNA Executive Director and ACNA’s National Board of Directors on October 23.  The Bylaws were ratified by the membership with one proposed modification during the annual meeting.  The approved Bylaws are available for review by clicking on the following link: Bylaws of the GLQC_ November2010_Final
